Today I'm going to share two recipes which are very good for health. So here we go:- 


*Recipe 1:-
Banana Milkshake with Dry Fruits and Honey*

*Servings:* 1
*Prep Time:* 5 minutes
*Cook Time:* 0 minutes
*Total Time:* 5 minutes

*Ingredients:*

- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chopped dry fruits (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
- 2-3 dates, pitted

*Instructions:*

1. In a blender, combine banana, milk, honey, dry fruits, and dates.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

*Health Benefits:*

- Bananas provide potassium and fiber.
- Dry fruits add crunch and antioxidants.
- Honey offers natural sweetness and antibacterial properties.
- Dates provide iron and natural sweetness.
- It also acts as a natural viagra. 

*Recipe 2:-
Spicy Peanuts and Chicken Peas Snack*

*Servings:* 4-6
*Prep Time:* 10 minutes
*Cook Time:* 5 minutes
*Total Time:* 15 minutes

*Ingredients:*

- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup black chickpeas (kala chana)
- 1/2 cup white chickpeas (chana)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
-1 medium sized onion chopped
- 1 medium sized tomato chopped

*Instructions:*

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and saute for a minute.
3. Then add tomatoes and saute for a minute.
4. Add peanuts and roast for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add black and white chickpeas and stir for 2 minutes.
7. Season with salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and red chili powder (if using).
8. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Peanuts provide healthy fats and protein.
- Chickpeas offer fiber, protein, and minerals.
- Olive oil provides healthy fats.

*Tips and Variations:*

- Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
- Mix in chopped herbs like parsley or cilantro.
- Substitute with other nuts or seeds for a variation.
