As the summer heat wave continues to affect many parts of the world, I wanted to share a personal experience that has left me concerned and eager to spread awareness. My son recently suffered from a urine infection, which was exacerbated by the extreme heat.

Here are some precautions that you can take to protect yourself and your loved ones from heat-related illnesses:

1. *Stay hydrated*: Drink plenty of water and other fluids to stay hydrated, especially during hot weather.
